First time bake caking. A fake Sachertorte (wheat free, the marmalade on top instead of in the middle, Demel style, no baking powder).
My lastname actually is an old word for "confectioner" - so I'm finally giving that occupation a try.
According to sources that aren't me it's "really good". Will try a piece tomorrow.
